FINANCING TERMS:
We will be happy to tailor a payment plan that will fit your budget. Let's talk!
Purchaser is responsible for mortality insurance coverage for at least the amount financed.
The registration of any financed llama will remain in our name until paid in full.
Purchaser and their guests are welcome to visit their llamas at our farm at any time.

BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
All Mystic Moon llamas are eligible for no-cost board from the date when purchased, until transport is arranged, up to six months. This includes all routine care such as worming, toenail trimming, and continued training for youngsters. Any veterinary bills are the responsibility of the llama's owner, and we strongly advise insuring any animals not in your own care.
Mystic Moon is glad to provide delivery of purchased llamas within 300 miles of our farm. Outside that area, we will help to arrange other transport.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
Each llama purchased from Mystic Moon will come with a complete care history, including records of all vaccinations, wormings, breedings, births, illnesses,etc, recorded from the llama's time on our farm.
Pregnant females come with a 7 day live cria guarantee. If the female does not produce a cria which lives 7 days, we will re-breed the female at no charge.
Maiden females are backed by a full reproductive guarantee and a female will be replaced if it is determined that she is unable to get pregnant by the age of three.
Males sold as breeding quality are backed by a full reproductive guarantee and will be replaced if unable to sire crias by the age of three.
Terms and conditions of all guarantees are part of a purchase contract which will be written on any llama purchased from Mystic Moon.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Crias born on our farm have been handled extensively since birth, and raised in a kind, respectful manner, following the training guidelines developed by Marty McGee Bennett. Great care has been taken to insure confidence, respect, gentleness, friendliness, and patience in our youngsters.
All Mystic Moon llamas come with unlimited after sales support.
