A word on grading:
Fancy syrup is the top grade. It is light in color with
a smooth, sweet taste. Delicate maple flavor - delightful on ice-cream.
A shade deeper in color, Medium Amber has a characteristic maple flavor. Popular for all around use.
Dark Amber is darker yet with a hearty maple flavor. Popular on pancakes!
Grade B is the darkest table grade with the most intense maple flavor. A rich, distinctive table syrup.
